Candle Meditation
Light your candle and sit in a comfortable meditation position. Gaze into the peaceful flame then close your eyes and breathe calmly five times. Repeat two or three times until you reach your inner peace.

Product Use

Trim wick to 1/4" before first usage and before each relighting. Do not allow wick trimmings to fall into wax pool.

Burn only on non-flammable, heat-safe surfaces. Do not leave unattended. Do not burn for more than 3 hours at a time.

Extinguish and allow candle to cool completely before touching or moving. Use with caution. Discontinue use when 1/4" of wax remains.
