Tiger Tribe x TYB is Fable & Mane’s new community & rewards program where you’ll meet like-minded tigers, receive exclusive access and big rewards through interactive challenges. We’re a family business, and we want you to feel part of it. TYB is our way of saying thank you by giving you more. More offers. More savings. More content. It’s also a space where you can connect with fellow tigers and learn more about our hair-itage.

You’re part of our tribe, which is why we wanted to create a space for you to connect with fellow tigers, learn more about our hair-itage, and be rewarded while doing so. Once you’re signed up for TYB, you can take part in fun challenges that will earn you Coins which are redeemable against purchases on our website!

We've got a brand new community and rewards program over on TYB! It replaces our previous program, which means you won't be able to earn points the old way anymore. But don't worry! If you had points in the old program, you can still redeem them for any qualifying rewards. Once you redeem these rewards, they'll be valid for 6 months before they expire. In the meantime, sign up to TYB and join our brand new Tiger Tribe for better rewards, more access and a stronger community!

Collectibles live in your wallet, and can unlock special perks. It’s also your key to unlocking entry into the Fable & Mane community on TYB.

You can earn Coins through taking part in our challenges on TYB or making purchases from fableandmane.com. You can use these Coins to redeem big rewards!

If you have gathered enough Tiger Points to qualify for a reward you will be prompted with a 'redeem' button when you access the 'rewards portal' after logging in to your customer account.

Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to 'Apply code' which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.

Once you have redeemed points for a reward, the reward will remain in your customer account until you decide to use it on a purchase. Points are not automatically returned to a customer account if a reward is redeemed and not used.

Please note that some rewards have expiry & minimum spend thresholds and are only valid for use within the expiry period. The expiry periods will be communicated in the rewards section of your customer account.
