Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and/or comply with legal requirements.

- WHAT ARE THE CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES?
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

Notice for Individuals in Certain U.S. States
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia have enacted consumer privacy laws (collectively, “State Privacy Laws”) that grant their resident “Consumers” (as defined by each State Privacy Law) certain rights and require certain additional disclosures.

Consumers have the right to request that we delete any of their Personal Information that we collected from them and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your Personal Information from our records, unless an exception applies. You may make deletion requests at any time.
- Information Correction Rights
Consumers have the right to request that we correct information that we hold which is inaccurate. We will require that you provide information about yourself so that we can verify your identity before we can make any change in the information we hold about you and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the requested corrections. In some cases, for instance if you have an account with us, you can update your information by logging into your account. You can make information correction requests at any time.
- Opt-Out Rights
- Do Not Sell My Personal Information. You have the right, at any time, to direct us not to sell your personal information. We do not sell Personal Information unless we receive affirmative authorization (the "right to opt-in") from you. Consumers who opt-in to personal information sales may opt-out of future sales at any time.
- Do Not Share My Personal Information. You have the right to opt out of having your Personal Information shared with others for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes and having their information used for targeted advertisements. When Consumers opt out we will not share their Personal Information with others that they can use to send the Consumer targeted advertisements and we will not use information we obtain over time from Consumers’ activities with third party companies to show advertisements. We can still use information that we receive from your interactions with us to select advertisements we think may be of interest to you.
- Do Not Profile. You have the right to tell us not to use any form of solely automated processing performed on Personal Information to evaluate, analyze, or predict personal aspects related to an identified or identifiable individual’s economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location, or movements in order for us to make decisions resulting in the provision or denial of credit, housing or insurance services. We do not engage in profiling.
- Limit Processing of Sensitive Personal Information. Consumers have the right to tell us not to process or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for any purpose other than the purposes disclosed at or before the time we originally collected it or as permitted by the State Privacy Laws.
We only process Sensitive Personal Information for the purpose for which we originally collected it or as permitted by State Privacy Laws.
Right to notice of information shared for direct marketing purposes
Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to ask us for a notice describing what categories of Personal Information we share with third parties or corporate affiliates for those third parties or corporate affiliates’ direct marketing purposes. That notice will identify the categories of Personal Information shared with third parties and used for direct marketing purposes and the name and address of the third parties that received such Personal Information. Please note that we are required by the State Privacy Laws to verify requests from Consumers. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable Consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request. We may request that you submit a signed statement under penalty of perjury that you are the individual you claim to be.
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within ___ days and will aim to respond within ___ days of receipt of your request. We will notify you if we need additional time.
Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you as a result of your exercise of any of these rights.
Data Retention
We will store personal information in a form which permits us to identify Consumers, for as long as necessary for the purpose for which the Personal Information is processed. We may retain and use such Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and rights, or if it is not technically reasonably feasible to remove it. We retain information consumers provide in connection with requests made under the State Privacy Laws for a period of two years.
Appealing denied requests
If we have denied your Consumer request you have the ability to file an appeal with us. To file an appeal with us, please contact us by emailing us at support@fableandmane.com. We will respond to you in writing within __ days explaining the reasons for our decisions. If we deny your appeal you can contact your state Attorney General.
Changes to This Notice
We reserve the right to amend this Notice at our discretion at any time. When we make changes to this Notice, we will post the updated notice on our website and update the Notice’s effective date.

- NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE (CA)/ BONA FIDE LOYALTY PROGRAM DISCLOSURE (CO)
We offer our customers a loyalty program (the “Rewards Program”) that provides certain perks, such as rewards and exclusive offers. We may also provide other programs, such as sweepstakes, contests, or other similar promotional campaigns (collectively, the “Programs”).
- When you sign up for one of these Programs, we typically ask you to provide your name and contact information (such as email address and/or telephone number).
- The categories of third parties that may receive your name and contact information for targeted advertising include online advertising networks, and data enrichment providers.
- We currently do not collect any Sensitive Personal Information in connection with the Programs.
- If you request that we delete any of your Personal Information that is essential to providing you with the Programs, we will not be able to provide you with the benefits of that program.
Because our Programs involve the collection of Personal Information, they might be interpreted as a “financial incentive” program under California law. The value of your Personal Information to us is related to the value of the free or discounted products or services, or other benefits that you obtain or that are provided as part of the applicable Program, less the expense related to offering those products, services, and benefits to Program participants.

Canadian Residents

By submitting Personal Information to us or our service providers, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of your Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and as permitted or required by law. If you withdraw your consent (or if you decide not to provide certain Personal Information), you acknowledge that we may not be able to provide you with certain products, services, or information.
Data Retention
Our retention periods for Personal Information are based on business needs and legal requirements. We store Personal Information for as long as is necessary for the processing purpose(s) for which the data was collected, and any other permissible purpose. For example, we may retain certain transaction details and correspondence until the time limit for claims arising from the transaction has expired. When we no longer need to use your Personal Information, we remove it from our systems and records or anonymize it so that you can no longer be identified from it.

You have the right to receive a copy of the Personal Information that we collect about you in a way that is accessible and in a machine-readable format where the processing is based on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, or carried out by automated means. You have the right to request that such Personal Information be transmitted directly from us to another data controller, where technically feasible.
- Withdrawal of consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process your Personal Information. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent.
However, please note that these rights are not absolute, and may be subject to our own legitimate interests and regulatory requirements.
Data Retention
We will store your Personal Information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide the Services and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our policies and agreements. Data Retention
